Senior Manager, Accounting
As the Senior Manager of Accounting for Aryaka, your primary responsibility is to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and reconciliation of all US accounting and reporting processes. Overseeing a team of professionals managing core accounting functions, such as accounts payable, supplier payment processing, cash application and reconciliation, prepaid and accrual accounting, and month-end close processes. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity for Aryaka’s financial statements.

Performance Objectives
Key performance objectives include:
Manage a team of 2-3 accounting professionals, ensuring consistent adherence to timelines.
Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations, consolidated financial statements, and flux analysis.
Directly manage day-to-day operations related to cash and accounts payable processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address general and technical accounting challenges and drive improvements.
Provide deliverables for audits, reviews, and compliance requirements for both US and consolidated reporting.
Identify and implement process improvements for core accounting functions.
Manage critical month-end close tasks and delivering monthly reporting with flux analysis.
Oversee the creation of balance sheet reconciliations for the US and subsidiaries.
Own the global chart of accounts and ensuring its relevance.
Conduct technical accounting research in collaboration with the Senior Director of Accounting.
Oversee various audits, including annual, bank, statutory reporting, and government audits.
Collaborate with FP&A on the monthly accounting and reporting of worldwide sales commissions.
Ad-hoc projects as required.
Hybrid model: On-site 2-3 days/week.
Short-Term Goals
Within the first 30 days, your focus will be on acclimating to the NetSuite environment, understanding our GL chart of accounts, and build relationships with your direct reports. In 60-days, you will be independently managing the core US accounting processes and leading month-end close activities.
Experience And Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant accounting experience.
Demonstrated high integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Direct experience in detailed account reconciliations and monthly flux analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA with Big 4 audit experience.
Experience managing core accounting functions for a SaaS, SASE, or Software company.
Experience with NetSuite and FloQast.
IPO readiness.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Compensation: $145,000 to $170,000 base salary + Bonus + Stock + Benefits
