The Position

Stenograph LLC is looking to add an energetic and dynamic Sr. Account Executive to add to their sales team. The Sr. Account Executive will be responsible for managing accounts and generating revenue by driving strategic sales activity and creating satisfied customers, ultimately driving enterprise-wide sales initiatives in North America on a vastly growing Enterprise SaaS based product lines, MAXScribe, Phoenix, CaseTestify and YesLaw. This individual will have at least five years of experience selling and working in the legal court reporting, deposition, and transcription industry. The individual must have functional and industry knowledge of key target segments such as courtrooms, reporting agencies and law firms.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Create and execute account level sales plan, with a clear emphasis on building a strong sales pipeline and drive usage/volume growth.

Generating new business with new named accounts

Working with marketing, client engagement and customer success teams to develop and execute successful sales campaigns.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing driven programs while maintaining existing relationships.

Work with marketing and customer success teams to define and build demonstrations to meet prospect requirements.

To strategize, negotiate and close business.

Report and maintain on sales activity and forecast through the Steps of sales process in Stenograph’s CRM system.

Manage complex selling solutions in a team selling environment.

Meet or exceed annual sales quota.

Work with strategic partners such as transcription service providers when necessary

Required Skills And Qualifications

Up to 5 years of direct sales experience in legal markets

Demonstrated ability to execute full life cycle sales.

Must have consultative B2B software SaaS sales experience.

Superior professional presence and business acumen.

A highly agile and customer-focused mindset.

Strong oral and written communication skills using Microsoft office suite to demonstrate product and communicate with clients effectively.

Strong computer skills, CRM and HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

Ability to thrive and adapt to change in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Stellar work ethic and proven success as a self-starter

Willingness to travel as required – possibly up to 50%

Bachelor’s Degree a must, MBA, or similar program a plus

Hybrid in Downers Grove, IL or remote available.
