Lead a team of 6 direct reports and approximately 150 indirect reports
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets to achieve annual EBITDA goals
Implement productivity projects to continually reduce overall costs and optimize working capital
Manage workforce requirements, temporary labor, and overtime to maximize labor efficiencies
Refine and execute processes to efficiently introduce new products into production
Mentor and manage direct staff and oversee talent development initiatives
Job Requirements
10+ years of leadership positions in manufacturing operations with budgetary and P&L responsibility (e.g. Business Unit Manager or Plant Manager).
Experience in high complexity, low volume, high mix aerospace and defense operations
Demonstrated success in strategic efforts to drive consistent productivity gains
Ability to balance long term manufacturing strategy and day-to-day execution
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline. An MBA is desirable.
