We are looking for a Employee Relations Manager to join our team.
Salary Range $90,000.00 - $100,000.00

What You’ll Do
Advises supervisors and team members on Human Resources policies and procedures
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Investigates and resolves team member complaints
Partners with leadership team and provides coaching to promote company culture and a positive work environment
Responds to HR Support inquiries from managers and team members within assigned divisions/regions
Assists with COVID-19 tracking and compliance tasks
Assists with the implementation/roll out of Human Resources initiatives or policies
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or related field
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Minimum 5 years’ Human Resources generalist experience with emphasis in employee relations
Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting team members in multiple states
Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS software
Intermediate knowledge of state and federal employment laws and ability to apply legal concepts to real world situations
Intermediate knowledge of performance management, progressive discipline, and termination processes
