Our Client, a global company with several entities is hiring for an Employee Relations Manager to join a great team of HR professionals to support over 3500 employees nationwide. The company offers a competitive salary plus bonus incentive and a hybrid work schedule.
The Employee Relations Manager will have full oversight of all workplace disputes, partnering with managers and employees regarding matters relating to attendance issues to complex investigations and resolutions.
To qualify for the Employee Relations Manager role, you must possess the following:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of employee relations as a focus to include ensuring that all HR local, state and federal labor laws are being enforced
MUST have experience with employment and labor laws and conducting investigations in the State of CA
Must be bilingual Spanish- read, write and translate
Union experience is a plus but NOT required
Experience with ADP WFN is a high preference
Must be open to travel up to 20% nationally
