Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Business Development Strategy:
Formulate and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for ATM services and marketing, aligned with the overall company goals.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the ATM services sector.
Market Analysis and Positioning :
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Define and articulate a compelling value proposition for our ATM services, differentiating us in the market.
Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:
Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with key players in the financial industry, including banks, credit unions, and independent ATM operators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of partnerships.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Drive the sales team to achieve revenue targets for ATM services and marketing solutions.
Develop and nurture relationships with key clients and prospects, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Development and Innovation:
Work closely with the product development team to enhance and innovate our ATM services based on market feedback and emerging trends.
Introduce new features, services, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Financial Management:

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development within the financial services industry, with specific experience in ATM services and marketing.
Strong understanding of the financial technology landscape and emerging trends.
