About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Sales to lead and support all critical sales functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from recruiting and managing talent to delivering on bookings targets. This role involves engaging with top opportunities, leading multiple market segments, and creating a healthy sales culture. The VP will also contribute to the development of the go-to-market strategy, work closely with the Sales Operations team to optimize revenue generation, and partner with marketing to refine lead qualification processes. A key focus is on driving sales performance and maintaining a strong, productive sales environment.Applicants for the Vice President, Enterprise Sales position at the company should have a proven track record of success in a sales management role, with experience in both local and remote sales leadership. A strong understanding of salesforce.com is required, and experience with Outreach.io is a plus. The ideal candidate will be problem-solving-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be a self-starter with a passion for driving results. A background in healthcare SaaS, particularly related to therapy, is highly valued.
