Responsible for managing full cycle payroll administration, efficiently and effectively for multi-states. Assist Human Resources with various HR related responsibilities and activities.
· Administer full cycle semi-monthly and special payrolls. Conduct audit to ensure accuracy of entries.
· Collect, maintain and manage all current and future payroll changes and input change at appropriate time.
· Troubleshoot and resolve all payroll discrepancies; consult with ADP or HR staff as necessary to assist in the process.
· Research and implement required tax set up in ADP for new states in conjunction with completing and filing appropriate registration forms for the state’s Department of Revenue and Unemployment agencies.
· Research and provide the HR team with the appropriate employer poster requirements for each new state in which we enter.
· Manage all agency notices. Ensure the Company is in compliance and that the appropriate taxes are being collected and disbursed by ADP as necessary.
· Maintain/file/scan all HR and payroll paperwork and files.
· Provide Finance with copies of semi-monthly statements and invoices upon receipt.
· Assist employees with payroll and Ipay Statement related questions.
· Complete employment verifications.
· Coordinate and administer Transit program.
