Frontier Business Products is growing and looking for an Outside Sales Manager to join and lead its team in Denver!

About You:

You have experience managing a team of B2B outside sales representatives (ideally in the document management space)

You have an exceptional work ethic, are competitive, outgoing, and hard-working

You are highly organized with strong time-management, multitasking and prioritization skills

You have experience training and motivating a team to achieve sales quotas

You have knowledge of sales, negotiation and product demonstration techniques and have experience implementing them in a B2B sales environment

You have knowledge of sales leadership best practices including: teambuilding, resource allocation, strategic planning and management

You have excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.

What you’ll do:

Recruit, train and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas

Coordinate weekly meetings with sales representatives to review activity and facilitate development ensuring goals are being met

Help to create sales proposals and assist sales representatives during customer appointments with providing competitive intelligence, negotiation and overcoming customer objections

Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability

Conduct or arrange ongoing training in sales effectiveness, product knowledge and industry trends

Listen to and resolve customer questions and complaints regarding services, products or personnel

Market office technology and attain individual quotas
