Qualifications
Proven In-Home Sales Expertise: Your established background in in-home sales, marked by a track record of high achievements, forms the cornerstone of your qualifications.
Leadership Experience: Bring at least 3-5 years of leadership experience within a sales environment, demonstrating your ability to guide and elevate a team to success.
Educational Foundation: A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with preferred higher education in business, marketing, or related fields to enrich your understanding and strategic approach.
Exceptional Communication: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for engaging effectively with both your team and customers.
Strong Interpersonal Abilities: Your robust interpersonal skills are crucial for leading a diverse team, fostering strong relationships and ensuring collaborative success.
Essential Job Functions
Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve sales targets.
Analyze industry-specific trends to guide future business strategies.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth.
Team Development and Management: Motivate and lead the sales team, conducting ride-alongs and training new hires.
Continuously recruit and nurture talent to build a robust talent pipeline.
Provide daily coaching to enhance performance, particularly for underperforming design consultants.
Manage communications with team members, answering queries and facilitating problem-solving.
Meeting Coordination and Performance Management: Organize and facilitate biweekly sales meetings, setting clear objectives and agendas while sharing important action items.
Regularly acknowledge and celebrate team performance, creating weekly performance checkpoints to track and share achievements.
Operational and Administrative Oversight: Distribute daily leads to sales representatives.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and sales-related issues promptly.
Maintain regular correspondence with Lifetime’s Operations team to ensure seamless business operations.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Engage in weekly marketing meetings to review lead flow, discuss current and upcoming promotions, and evaluate overall sales performance.
Participate in weekly operations meetings to ensure accurate pricing and contract management, and to meet margin goals.
