About the Role

The Proof Sales Director is critical to our company growth. You're smart, resourceful, creative, and passionate. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading a high performing, regional sales team, developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with law firms and legal professionals across the country. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration in the legal technology sector.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing national sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize individual and team success.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, leveraging insights to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess team performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous sales optimization.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and priorities.

Sales Process Optimization: Streamline sales processes, develop sales collateral and tools, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

Budget Management: Manage sales budgets, expenses, and resources effectively, optimizing allocation to achieve maximum ROI and profitability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles preferably within the legal technology industry, with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience.

Strong understanding of legal technology solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and sales forecasting.

Location:

This position is remote based.

Travel required as necessary.

Salary range - Base $115,000 to $125,000 OTE $185,000 to $195,000 based on location and experience
