Sales Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
Effectively lead a sales Coordinator team and work with factory teams to review and resolve delivery issues.
Develop ongoing material planning by working with sales team/customers (Sales/Ops Planning)
Efficiently engage with Supply Chain and Procurement teams to enhance reliable order fulfillment processes and fulfill orders via coordination across a range of internal teams, including Supply Chain, Factory, and Finance Operations.
Review sales and financial performance; and provide monthly analysis, market trends, and strategic recommendations to executives.
Effectively support sales team and participate in QBR with key customers.
Participate and Monitor RMA issues and ensure product/process improvements are implemented.
Provide metric analysis as requested by management.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience leading B2B sales operations for power supply products, preferrable manufacturer background
Minimum 3 years of advanced MS Excel modeling
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management or equivalent
Strong attention to detail across all areas of work and relentless self-motivation; requiring minimal oversight
Advanced knowledge of CRM systems
Passion for organizing systems and databases to solve for a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated professionalism in a customer-facing role
Outstanding managerial and employee development skills. Strong record of accomplishment of developing and leading high performance team.
Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred
