We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, safety, and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team and make a significant impact in managing our day-to-day warehouse activities.
salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Hiring, training, and supervising warehouse staff.
Scheduling shifts and managing employee workload.
Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
Overseeing inventory control processes to ensure accuracy.
Planning and coordinating logistics operations, including shipping and receiving.
Optimizing transportation routes and delivery schedules to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Managing relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers.
Analyzing warehouse processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Overseeing maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyors).
Developing and managing the warehouse budget.
Resolving customer complaints and inquiries related to warehouse operations.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
standing for 4 hours at one time
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
