The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, fearless in approach, and excels in cold calling to establish and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Account Development and Expansion:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop strategies to go deep and wide into accounts, ensuring comprehensive service offerings are utilized.
Cold Calling and Prospecting:
Conduct targeted cold calling to potential clients, introducing our staffing solutions.
Effectively communicate the value proposition and tailor offerings to meet client needs.
Contest Wins and Achievement:
Leverage a history of contest wins and achievements to drive motivation and success.
Demonstrate a competitive spirit to surpass targets and goals.
Solution-Oriented Approach:
Analyze client needs and propose innovative staffing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized approaches for clients.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and service excellence.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic discussions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree:
Minimum requirement of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven Success:
Demonstrated success in breaking and expanding accounts, with a history of contest wins.
Fearless Approach:
Fearless attitude towards challenges and the ability to navigate and overcome objections.
Hybrid Schedule:
Comfortable with and adaptable to a hybrid work schedule, combining office and remote work.
