POSITION: Accounts Payable Coordinator
LOCATION: Alameda Pleasanton CA 94588 (Hybrid- 3-4 days/week)
DURATION: 12+ Months
Pay : $24/HR on W2
Processing of AP invoices, expense reports, check requests and other transactions as needed.
Complete monthly journals and assist with month end closing tasks. Assists in the maintenance of accounts, records and financial reporting.
Compiles and analyzes routine financial information to prepare reports. Coordinates accounting matters with other departments, locations, and divisions.
Job Responsibilities, Monitoring and distribution of Customer emails from our centralized email address , Monitoring and reporting of our ACD (CenturyLink) phone system , Monitoring of 3-way matching Purchase Order, match exceptions, Monitoring the daily Accounts Payable work to ensure we are meeting are targets ,
Assist Client internal and external customers with their questions, Assist client Suppliers with their invoice submission and payment inquiries , Assist Manager with Supplier escalations, Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
Skills: Proficient with Excel (needs to be able to perform V-lookups and pivot tables, Good communications both verbal and written, Detail oriented , Comfortable in a large organization , Oracle ERP system experience would be helpful.
