HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT
Ensures that various projects being conducted to clean up our Accounts Payable ledger and reports are performed on a timely basis and any issues are identified and brought to the attention of the A/P Team to ensure resolution.
Achievement of objectives must include an over-riding commitment to quality that must permeate the areas of responsibility.
Reports to the Accounting Manager.
Hours per week: 30-40
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
+ Takes on various projects involving the Accounts Payable reporting of the Company within the various systems we utilize for tracking, paying and reporting Accounts Payable.
+ Assist in the conversion from a paper-based format to an electronic-based format for entry, recording and payment.
+ Makes suggestions on more efficient ways of performing the tasks needed for the existing projects.
+ Makes suggestions on more efficient ways of performing the general A/P functions in the future based on experienced gained in performing projects
+ Additional projects assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
+ In-process of obtaining Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a business-oriented discipline.
+ Proficient in Windows-based PC software packages such as Excel and Word.
+ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
+ Ability to maintain focus when working on large projects without a specific end date.
+ Ability to tightly track issues and periodically communicate them to the necessary personnel to clear issues in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Attention to detail
