The Company is seeking a Director for SEO Strategy & Website to lead the development and execution of comprehensive website strategies that align with the company's business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, performance growth, and overall acquisition through non-paid channels. This role involves strategic planning, user experience optimization, traffic generation, and conversion rate optimization. The Director will also be tasked with leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve the website performance and will be the owner of two high-traffic, globally recognized brand websites.The ideal candidate for this leadership role will have a strong background in website strategy and digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving traffic, enhancing user experience, and optimizing conversion rates. They should be a strategic thinker, comfortable with remote work, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams, managing a team, and fostering a culture of collaboration. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to mentor and advise team members to grow their skills and knowledge.
