Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Customer Success Associate at Blue Book Services, LLC in the Greater Chicago Area. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for day-to-day customer engagement, support, and satisfaction activities. You will be responsible for customer service and education conducting BBOS tutorials and webinars. Effectively employ the knowledge to illustrate where Blue Book membership can help them perform their jobs, achieve their goals, and serve their customers. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being located in the Greater Chicago Area, but with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Strong customer engagement, support, and satisfaction skills
Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Experience in customer retention efforts
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-Starter with a passion to meet a customer's needs
Experience in the wholesale produce or lumber and forest products industry is a plus
1-2 years of Customer Service or related experience
Relationship Builder
Bachelor's degree
Bilingual English/Spanish
