Call Center Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of call center representatives
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide coaching and training to call center representatives to improve performance
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Prepare and present reports on call center performance to senior management
Requirements: Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to analyze data and identify trends
Experience with call center software and technology
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
