Requirements | 1 year of call center experience + Must have reliable internet and the ability to pick up equipment in Irving, TX + Ability to type 35 WPM + Have a flexible schedule
Schedule | Work from home + Must be available to work between 8 AM - 7 PM (Training Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
Pay | $14 - $17.20 per hour (depending on the assignment)
Call Center Representative Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls professionally.
Assist customers in troubleshooting any problems and navigating products/services.
Input/update customer information in the company's database.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform follow-up calls to customers.
Promote products and services to contribute to sales and revenue targets.
