**Sales Manager at Checkout.com**
Checkout.com is actively looking for an enthusiastic, high-achieving Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Commercial Team in the United States. This role is for those who are intellectually curious, self-motivated, and excited to build a business.
We value kind individuals who can build lasting relationships with merchants & colleagues across the Business and Technology. Sales opportunities will span across verticals, channels, and markets, and this role will have the chance to handle sales cycles for our global payments solutions end-to-end.
The ideal candidate will be gritty and entrepreneurial and determined to succeed. Checkout.com has a flexible office policy, and this role can be performed from any location in the United States. In addition, the commission plan for this role is unmatched. Similar to the revenue model at most payments companies, Checkout.com earns a portion of all volume we process. As a Sales manager, you are eligible to receive for every merchant you onboard a percentage of all net revenue Checkout.com generates from that merchant in perpetuity. + 3-5 years sales experience, including outbound / top-of-funnel prospecting and closing deals
+ Sales experience in the Payments industry is preferred, sales experience in the Fintech industry is acceptable, all other technology sales experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis

+ Sell our full-stack payments solutions and services to merchants across the United States
+ Orchestrate the entire Sales process and act as the main point of contact for merchants and internal stakeholders
+ Build a healthy pipeline by qualifying inbound leads and prospecting at events, through networking and other tactics, etc
+ Help prospects merchants evaluate and handle detailed questions about our product capabilities
+ Maintain a solid, well-organized portfolio and nurture key accounts
+ Partner with other Sales Managers to share best practices, key business insights and industry trends
+ Provide feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product and marketing information
