Post job advertisements and source qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
Conduct interviews for a wide range of positions for multiple locations within the company
Complete hiring process which includes verifying the candidates background check, drug test and motor vehicle records are acceptable for hire
Process new hire paperwork and ensure I-9, W-4 documentations and E-Verify are compliant.
Facilitate new hire orientation on a weekly basis
Provide timely and accurate customer service to employees while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Supports HR Director and HR Manager with other assigned duties such as LinkedIn Learning development plan, Benefit Distribution and Employee Separations
Qualifications and Skills 1+ year of recent Recruiting, Hiring, Human Resources experience
2+ years of Customer Service experience
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Familiar with MS Office Suite programs, specifically Word and Excel
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to assigned duties
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly
