Position: Human Resources Administrator
Location: Hybrid based in Portland, OR
Duration: Direct Hire
Pay Range: $55K-$60K DOE
Job Type: Monday through Friday, full time (flexible hours)

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team, and their goal is to teach you everything you need to know to allow growth and learning opportunities within the organization.
Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment and interview processes including scheduling interviews and initial screenings.
Support employee onboarding and new hire trainings.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Maintain employee files and records.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Assist with the creation of and maintenance of an employee total rewards program.
Some vendor management duties.
Order office supplies and general upkeep of the office, including day to day operations.
Qualifications: 1 or more years of experience in HR or office administration.
Desire to learn HR is very important!
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Passion for the outdoors, environment and Portland community is a HUGE plus!
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
