Arbol is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified sales pipelines for our Sales team. BDRs do this through managing inbound leads, and reaching out to outbound prospects to generate interest in Arbol's products and services. BDRs will partner with the sales team to build pipelines, identify opportunities and key decision makers, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

We are based in New York City, but open to remote candidates in the United States.

What You'll Be Doing

Reach out to qualifying leads through outbound calling and email

Develop and maintain relationships with clients

Partner with sellers to source in pipelines and research potential leads

Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships through communications and through ongoing communication and relationship management

Maintain detailed reports of sales activity including calls, ordering, sales, and lost business

What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR 1-2 years of outside sales experience required

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas in outbound sales development

Experience researching, prospecting, and cold calling potential customers and customer relationship management

What's Great to Have Experience working in a startup environment

Experience working in the financial or insurance industry

Interest or experience in climate products and technology

$80,000 - $80,000 a year

The salary for this role is for candidates in New York City.
