Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth, leveraging industry and technical expertise to meet customer challenges, and building exceptional relationships with executives across various domains. The role requires a "hunter" mentality, adept at complex sales navigation, and a master in the sales process, with a focus on achieving annual sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.Candidates for the RVP Customer Development position at the company should possess a minimum of 7 years' experience in health system or payer sales or consulting, with a preference for those with startup business, SaaS, and interoperability experience. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong executive-level relationships, a deep understanding of the healthcare technology ecosystem, and a data-driven approach to sales management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a team player, and a proven closer of large enterprise deals, capable of managing the end-to-end sales process for all payer opportunities.
