Director - Sales & Business Development (LOCATION - Dallas, TX/ St. Louis, MO)
MAJORRESPONSIBILITES:
· Identifynew prospects and manage accounts throughout entire sales process:Identify/qualify, contact, presentation, customer relationship development,negotiate, close, manage ongoing customer relationship post-sell.
· Drivepresentation of technical solutions to end client
· Understandingof technology (ex. Big Data/BI, Test & Test Automation, DevOps, MS Stack,etc.) along with industry knowledge, competitive landscapes, and customerrequirements.
· Meetmonthly and quarterly sales objectives.
· Provideaccurate weekly sales forecasts and results.
SKILLSAND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Excellentcomputer skills and strong business acumen with a good understanding of populardata and applications technologies
· Capable ofmanaging the full sales cycle including lead generation, qualifying,negotiating, and closing.
· Wellorganized with good prospecting and follow-up skills.
· Excellentverbal and written communication skills.
· High levelof energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism.
· Strongwritten and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATIONSAND EXPERIENCE
· 8+ years’experience selling IT Services / Targeted Solutions in areas such as projects,managed services, and professional services to mid – large customers
