Wachter is accepting applications for a Traveling Field Manager. This position provides project management and operational support.

Requirements:
College Education preferred, although not required.
Experience in any of the following fields is a plus: CCTV, Access Control, or Fire/Burg Alarm.
Experience working with engineered drawings, bid specifications, and construction take-offs is helpful.
Basic understanding of supply chain facilities within the low voltage industry
Experience running multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient with the use of computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Must type at least 40 WPM.
Responsibilities
Full time travel role: Weekly (3-5 days per week) travel to different projects in a designated region
While at a project the Field Manager will:
Check the quality of the physical install
Do project kick offs and scope clarification walks
Work with Site Contacts to develop relationships and built trust between Wachter and the customer
Check progress of install by the contractor against the timeline of the overall project
Any other tasks deemed necessary by the in office Security Manager team
Field Managers will report onsite findings back to the in office Security Managers so that those managers can speak accurately about the project with the customer.
