Key Responsibilities for a Manager of Field Service and Technical Support: Leadership Excellence: Lead and inspire a team of field service technicians and technical support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet service goals.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the field service and technical support departments, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.

We're Looking For:
