About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide direct oversight and management of contract security personnel within the eastern Federal Judicial Circuits. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and assisting a team of Contract Managers who, in turn, manage Intermediate Supervisors and Court Security Officers. This role involves maintaining communication with USMS leadership, managing contract and performance issues, and ensuring compliance with all aspects of the security services.
