About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources and Administration to join its Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of all aspects of human resources, including administration, risk management, and organizational policies and procedures. This role is pivotal in driving talent management projects, policies, and culture to enhance the employee experience. The VP will also lead the organization's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Board of Directors, and internal DEI committees. Key responsibilities include overseeing human capital strategy, HR operations, staffing, selection, learning, and performance, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The role requires a Master's degree in a related field, a minimum of 10 years of management experience, and professional HR certification. Experience in DEI and a strong background in HR management principles, employment practices, and change management are essential.The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration position at the company will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of progressive management experience, and professional HR certification. They must have a proven track record in driving DEI initiatives, talent management, and enhancing the employee experience. Experience in HRIS, LMS, and third-party accreditations is also required. The role demands a strategic leader with a deep understanding of financial and business management, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills are essential. Experience in nonprofit or health and human services is preferred, and being bilingual is a plus.
