The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the people function and serve as a strategic advisor and partner to the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that includes talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and leadership development, all in alignment with the company's growth objectives. This role involves overseeing a team of HR professionals and ensuring a consistent culture and HR practices across global locations.
