This role has two components of pay:
Base Salary : $60k-$80k (depending on experience level)
Commission : Uncapped commission with accelerator past quota
This role is responsible for:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in the DFW market, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Presenting staffing solutions to electrical contractors and negotiating contract terms.
Attending workshops, conferences, and other professional development opportunities to enhance skills and industry knowledge.
Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in a CRM (Hubspot)
Collaborating with the recruiting team to match the right candidates with client requirements
Collaborating with the product team to improve Buildforce’s contractor-facing product
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a construction-related field
You have a history of building successful relationships in previous sales roles

You are fearless and have a high tolerance for rejection
You have superior communication skills
You are tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRMs like Hubspot
