Expected Skills : Able to work without assistance; can provide limited leadership to others; able to manage medium complexity work efforts; may have industry experience
Description (including, but not limited to): Assisting with increased Field Services workload due to organization wide return to office effective July 1, 2024; primary focus will be resolving incidents and assisting with AV initiative to bring support more in-house.
Current AV equipment in use includes Crestron room controllers and scheduling panels, various brands of displays, and VIA wireless presentation devices.
Day to day work will consist of: Gathering information and creating initial inventory of AV equipment county wide Working through automated task for AV proactive checklist on regular cadence Assisting with small scale upgrades/installs of AV equipment Completing standard Field Services (desktop) support requests and break/fix incidents
Required Skills Must be able to lift at least 25pounds regularly.
Large scale deployments of 500+machines preferred.
Must be able to stand and move around in classroom style setting daily.
Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN client, Microsoft Office suite, and Windows 10.
