LHH is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter to manage our client’s full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying talent, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships with potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate applicants' qualifications and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and offering feedback.
Job Postings: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, ensuring they are clear, engaging, and aligned with our company’s branding and values.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on hiring strategies, and develop effective recruitment plans.
Database Management: Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview notes, and hiring status.
Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to continuously improve our hiring process.
Employer Branding: Help promote our employer brand through social media, career fairs, and other recruitment marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Strong knowledge of effective sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
