Recruiter Responsibilities:
Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and various job boards to source top-tier talent
Work directly with executive leaders to understand and meet their recruitment needs and strategies
Manage candidates through the entire interview process, from initial contact to the offer stage
Collaborate with internal employees and oversee the internal mobility programs, ensuring seamless transitions and opportunities for growth
Recruiter Requirements: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience is preferred
Must have experience in recruiting CDL drivers
Experience with ADP, Concord and Clear systems is highly preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
