Our company is seeking an experienced, dependable individual who can work under minimal supervision for a busy Human Resources Department. The Recruiter will perform a wide variety of recruitment/retention activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for people and organizational development and a desire to directly impact growth in the business.
This candidate must be a self-starter who is extremely detail-oriented, have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a positive attitude and excitement for helping others and growing our business.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting- job posting and placement, including but not limited to screening resumes and screening qualified candidates. Conduct interviews in person and via telephone to determine candidate viability and support candidate progression throughout the evaluation and hiring process. Work closely with Operations Manager to understand hiring needs and help formulate recruitment strategies. Perform Drug Test, verification of employment and background checks.
On-boarding-Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring/termination results and recruitment metrics to meet the needs for Company positions; ensure proper documentation of recruiting activity, timely applicant tracking and completes file audits.
New Hire Integration- Assist with new hires integration utilizing state of the art industry software.
Continual Improvement- Oversees, coordinates and participates in the development of processes, policies and procedures for selecting, promoting and transferring employees. Assist the Human Resources Manager with process and system implementations and improvements to support the Human Resources Department and People Operation.
Office Management Support- The successful candidate will work directly with the Operations Manager and ensure all HR requirements meet the operational needs and deadlines.
Administrative Support- As needed or required.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree
One year of in-house recruitment and agency recruitment
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Dependability and interested in working in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
