Director of Business Development

Walnut Creek, CA, United States

The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities selling to clients in the Bay Area. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. Experienced in selling professional staffing to start-up, mid-market and Global 1000 companies.

Responsibilities

Develop and consult with target accounts regarding their professional staffing needs in Accounting and Finance staffing

Work with clients to identify interim roles in their organization and future projects

Manage new and existing accounts

Meeting and exceeding KPI's and sales metrics

High volume of cold calling, generating business leads

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Past or present experience selling professional staffing solutions ideally accounting and finance.

Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Must work in the office 3 days a week
