Salary Range: $150K – 225K plus commission and outstanding benefits
Direct Hire: Full Time/Exempt
Actively seeking a Director of Sales to join our established international client to manage a division of their North America sales team. Our client is a world-class technology company dedicated to providing precision manufacturing solutions with superior quality, value, and service. They serve the semi-conductor industry, offering advanced material, component, system, and manufacturing solutions.
As the Director of Sales, you manage up to a team of 8 technical sales professionals and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while leading a dynamic Sales and Service team. You’ll proactively craft and execute growth strategies, action plans, build strong customer relationships, and stay ahead of market trends. With both domestic and occasional international travel, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence the business on a global scale.
Overview of Responsibilities: Identify new growth opportunities and assist in new product development.
Work closely and proactively communicate with top management to shape future business strategies.
Maximize field sales efficiency and manage channel sales representation.
Enhance customer support and deter competition through excellent account management.
Motivate and train the sales team, conduct performance evaluations and sales meetings.
Lead, coach, and inspire the Sales & Service teams.
Develop and implement growth-focused account and market segment strategies.
Manage revenue, cost of sales, departmental budgets, and commission plans.
Provide accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
Ensure top-notch customer experiences through effective Customer Service management.
Participate in trade shows and collaborate with Marketing on product and marketing strategies.
Qualifications: BS/BA degree in Business or Engineering.
10 plus years of business experience with 5+ years in sales/sales management.
Hunter mentality as it relates to sales drive and technically savvy to sell a diverse product lines.
Exceptional organization, strong relationship development, and leadership skills.
Strong eligibility for ITAR compliance may be required.
Willing/able to travel approximately 50%, including occasional international trips.
