We are looking for an effective and dynamic Director of Sales who is ready to hit the ground running to make an impact in our fast-paced organization!
We are looking for a strong candidate who enjoys Driving Top Performance by developing & deploying highly effective sales training, campaigns & incentives to our hungry Sales Team, while working alongside our team of competitive Sales Managers.
As our Director of Sales, you will fulfill both strategic and coordination duties while helping to develop the overall strategy to continue top line revenue growth across all trades. Your primary responsibilities are to drive close rate & average ticket through hands-on sales training, pricing strategy, and working with Marketing to develop sales tools and content.
Aside from deploying plans to meet objectives, you will manage sales-related projects including internal incentive programs, quality assurance, and competition analysis. You will drive sales growth and profitability by providing executive leadership for inbound and outbound marketing activities across multiple channels.

Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth for all service lines (HVAC,?electrical, insulation and plumbing.)
Work as the strategic sales leader in collaboration with our General Managers. Specific initiatives include: 1) creating sales specials, 2) developing pricing strategies and tactics, 3) providing sales data analysis.
Design and lead sales training that drive close rates & average tickets. Effectively develop training that can be deployed to sales managers that allow for ongoing training.
Partner with General Managers in the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales management while developing strategies and tactics for increasing market share.
Develop and implement pricing strategies and sales incentive programs.
Track and analyze sales data, including product launch management, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support.
Managing strategic vendor relationships to develop and deploy sales specials, facilitate vendor-led trainings, and drive new product/package initiatives.
Support sales leaders in the accountability of our front-line sales representatives by providing critical feedback and follow-up training.
Directly support the in-home sales team by providing over-the-phone assistance
Maintain a strong sales presence with the field staff by attending relevant trainings onsite and providing feedback to the managers on how to strengthen our sales message
Proactively solicit feedback from the sales leads and sales team on how we can better support them
Qualifications:
Key Requirements:
Proven track record of success in achieving B2C sales, establishing clear sales metrics and then executing.
Experience in strategic planning and execution.
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods
Knowledge of home services, contracting, negotiating; in-home sales experience
Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings, develop a strong team, coach and mentor existing professionals.
Combination of the completion of at least ten years of experience in a sales management position with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments.
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule (occasional evenings and weekends).
Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
On occasion, able to travel to center locations (Northern California.)
Working Conditions:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Ability to Lift, push, pull, carry up to 30 lbs.
