About The Role Of Sr. Recruiter/Talent Program Manager
The Kinwell Sr. Recruiter & Talent Program Manager is an experienced professional with a solid background in talent acquisition and talent operations and the ability to navigate at all levels of the organization. This Talent Acquisition expert will own the recruiting experience and perform a full range of recruitment tasks including clinician and clinical support roles for Kinwell’s primary care clinics. In partnership with the Director, Human Resources the Sr. Recruiter & Talent Program Manager will have the opportunity to define and implement an effective and efficient recruiting program including identifying, recommending, and managing continuous improvement for talent operations. This individual will help define and drive unique recruitment strategies and be experienced in a full range of techniques and methods to source, attract, screen, and hire top talent to successfully support current and future workforce needs. In this role you’ll be expected to build and maintain strong consultative partnerships with Kinwell leaders, teammates, and partners.
The ideal candidate is an excellent problem-solver and a hands-on Recruiter with the ability to gather and analyze data, communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and work as a part of a team to develop and deliver talent solutions. A successful incumbent will thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with the ability to deal with multiple priorities and changing demands.
What You’ll Do
Partner and consult with hiring managers to recommend recruitment strategies, networking, and referral opportunities, and set timelines and expectations. Influencing leaders when needed on recruiting program and processes to achieve the best results for successful hires.
In partnership with the HR Director, lead in the development of effective and efficient recruitment program and processes including policies, procedures and iterative feedback for continuous improvement on the talent operations and talent experience.
Own the recruiting experience and perform a full range of recruitment tasks including clinician and clinical support roles for Kinwell’s primary care clinics.
Navigate and manage situations which require review of recruiting guidelines/procedures and work with others in HR to influence changes to improve candidate, employee, and leadership experience.
Provide excellent customer service and guidance to candidates and hiring managers in all aspects of recruitment.
Responsible for planning and implementing creative and cost-effective recruitment plans, including advertising, career fairs, college recruiting, and national recruiting events.
Extend and negotiate employment offers within recruiting guidelines and procedures.
Maintain relationships with business function key employees to stay current on their needs, changes, and goals to best serve their recruitment needs over time.
Develop relationships with and track a range of passive candidates for future needs.
Serve as a role model and mentor for other members of the team.
Promote Kinwell’s story and values.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field or four (4) years’ work experience.
Eight (8) years of experience in recruiting or the equivalent experience of eight (8) years in human resources, sales, marketing, customer service or similar environment.
Previous project or program management experience.
Experience using an integrated Applicant Tracking System.
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Recruiting.
Experience recruiting for a clinical, hospital or healthcare environment (Preferred).
Advanced MS Office and presentation skills (Preferred).
Additional education or certification in HR/Recruiting (Preferred).
Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, negotiation, problem solving and strong communication skills.
Ability to communicate highly complex information to candidates and hiring managers.
Solves complex problems and seeks guidance for highly complex problems.
Demonstrated ability to influence high impact change with leadership.
Demonstrated ability to drive hiring results on high profile scenarios.
Ability to deliver on objectives and effectively manage to timelines.
Ability to maintain accurate records and follow processes.

Ability to manage a stressful work environment that includes frequent deadlines and interruptions.
Maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Salary Range
$93,300.00 - $158,600.00
National Plus Salary Range
$106,300.00 - $180,700.00
National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
