We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead Process Transformation programs that will design standardized business workflows and the mechanisms used to sustain them across global programs.

We are seeking an individual who utilizes Lean Six Sigma-based continuous improvement methodologies to engage teams to solve customer problems. You will drive speed, quality, and simplification by eliminating rework loops, reducing and automating manual work and hand-offs, identifying and implementing best practices across the business, and minimizing process variability through standardization and automation. You will execute these priorities through process transformation initiatives, Kaizen events, and by supporting critical programs and projects.

This individual will thrive in a high-growth, fast paced, dynamic environment that is relentlessly focused on continuous improvement.

Key job responsibilities

- Lead high impact Lean Six Sigma projects (DMAIC, DFSS, Kaizen, FMEA, etc.)

- Manage a portfolio of improvement projects, including auditing of implemented projects to ensure that process improvements are sustained and benefits are realized.

- Track work streams across multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that initiatives are meeting financial and operational goals.

- Evaluate the end to end recruitment processes, all the way to where they touch the candidate and hiring teams.

- Partner with product teams to driving automation opportunities. Ensure we are automating the right processes.
