Account Executive, Mid-Market

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll join Zenni Business , Zenni’s recently-launched B2B platform, and fill a key role in acquiring new customers. Being a champion of the entire sales process from start to finish, you will use your creative prospecting skills to strategically pursue net new business. Working through complex deals, your insatiable curiosity makes you a thought leader, and your drive to succeed keeps you at the top of the leaderboard. What we want you to own in this role:
Build a pipeline by creating and strengthening relationships with customers
Drive commercial and legal negotiations full cycle, from beginning to close
Work with the Account Management team to onboard new clients
Foster ongoing relationship to generate cross-sell opportunities
What skills do you need?
Demonstrated ability to hunt for new-logo customers with strong desire to WIN
Proven track record with mid-market companies up to 1000 employees
2+ years experience in a direct selling role
Experience managing a full sales-cycle, from lead to close, including demonstrating the products and contract negotiations
Experience working with Salesforce.com
Preference: experience with corporations in the healthcare space, and double bonus if you have relationships in the eyecare space (though not necessary)

Compensation
In addition to other forms of compensation like perks and benefits, the expected range for this position is OTE range of $160,000 to $190,000 USD. This role is eligible for uncapped commissions. The final offer will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skill set, experience, geographical location, market conditions, and other organizational needs. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for various reasons including business needs.
