About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Digital Growth Strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the global E-commerce and digital product vision and strategy, in line with the organization's business and transformation strategies. This role involves working cross-functionally to ensure the development of a best-in-class digital platform that enhances client experiences across all digital touchpoints. Key responsibilities include E-commerce and digital product management, roadmap development, digital product design, and incorporating client feedback into digital products. The role demands a leader with at least 15 years of experience in B2B E-commerce platform management, a strong technical background, and a proven track record of building and managing high-performance teams.Applicants for the Vice President, Digital Growth Strategy position at the company should possess a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a related field, with a minimum of 15 years experience in B2B E-commerce platform management. The role requires expertise in E-commerce, mobile apps, and digital product management, as well as a deep understanding of product testing and user experience design. The ideal candidate will be a visionary thinker, adept at using consumer insights and analytics to drive digital innovation, and have a strong background in core product management skills.
