BlastPoint is growing rapidly ( tripling YoY ), and has multiple large customers already established (billion dollars +). BlastPoint is presently engaged with large utilities, insurance and banking institutions, as well as large automakers, including Electric Vehicle manufacturers and customers in other related industries. With our rapid growth and proven technology, we are looking to build our sales team quickly for continued growth and expansion into multiple industries and countries

Salary Range: $60K OTE: $99K

Job Responsibilities

The Job Role Is Split Into 2 Areas

1. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

Research and generate leads, build pipeline and set up meetings with prospects

Schedule first-level sales meetings with prospects

Conduct first-level of sales meetings

2. Sales Support, Pipeline Management, First Level Engagement:

Communicate our product's value proposition by strategically utilizing and helping to develop sales and marketing collateral

Contribute to developing proof of concepts, establishing ROIs and developing sales plans for customers

Responsible for implementing lead outreach management to move deals forward, including regular follow-ups, nurture campaigns, and other types of sales support.

Manage and follow up with marketing generated leads/inbound leads

Drive tactical sales under the guidance of the senior sales executives and contribute to revenue growth

Run sales-related customer workshops and events, including trade shows

Maintain HubSpot CRM and generate sales reports; experience with HubSpot a plus

Job Qualifications And Skills

Driven, self-motivated, and proactive

Team player willing to work collaboratively to find solutions

Minimum of 2 years experience in sales (outbound prospecting and lead generation experience preferred)

Excellent planning, organization and computer skills; open to learning and implementing new tools

Experienced in researching, targeted outreach, generating leads and establishing pipelines (LinkedIn, cold calling and writing cold email experience preferred)

Excellent presentation skills

Experience in developing presentations and use cases; writing proposals and follow up messages

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Willingness to collaborate closely with the marketing team; experience doing so is preferred

Technical background is a strong plus
