About The Role

A dynamic and forward-thinking company is seeking a driven and positive Account Executive to join the growing outbound sales team. This role will involve reporting directly to a Director of Outbound Sales and engaging with sales leaders, business owners, and key decision-makers across various industries to promote the value of the product.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to utilize a cutting-edge Sales technology stack and everything necessary to ensure success. This role provides an excellent opportunity to leverage relationship-building skills and directly impact earnings and business growth while contributing to the widespread adoption of best-in-class sales leads technology.

Responsibilities

Understanding the unique needs and challenges of prospects, and tailoring solutions to effectively demonstrate the value of the product in enhancing sales efficiency and driving revenue growth.

Conducting compelling product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the product, addressing client pain points, and highlighting its impact on business success.

Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure to ensure a smooth transition for new clients during the onboarding process.

Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Collaborating across functions with sales development, customer success, revenue operations, and marketing teams.

Skillset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

Ability to identify client needs and customize solutions, positioning the product as an ideal resolution for their business challenges.

Strong negotiation skills to close deals while ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome.

Comfort with utilizing and presenting technology solutions, with a quick ability to learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.

Requirements

Proven track record of 1-3 years in SaaS sales, with a solid grasp of the sales process and a history of meeting or exceeding targets.

Experience conducting virtual product demos via screen share.

Experience with pipeline generation and management.

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesloft, and similar sales technologies.

Highly motivated, coachable, and strong work ethic.
