Experience managing recruitment for all levels (entry-level to senior leadership), including tech and non-tech

Highly skilled sourcer that is familiar with a wide variety of sourcing tools and techniques

Extensive working knowledge and experience with Workday Recruiter, LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms

Ability to qualify, present, and share candidates by understanding what each candidate brings to the table, and then identify that candidate with the right opportunity at Rakuten

Ability to manage a high volume of complex reqs (15+) across various functions and geographies

An analytical mindset that understands the importance of tracking metrics, both individual and team goals to increase performance

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environment

Comfortable working in a highly cross-functional team environment requiring a collaborative work style and the ability to build strong relationships across teams

Strong attention to detail, ability to understand sense of urgency and continuously working towards elevating the candidate and hiring manager experience

A motivated, positive, proactive, and transparent attitude

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience; minimum of 5 years of enterprise recruiting experience required

Bachelor's degree preferred

At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the hourly rate for this role will be between $50-70/hr. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
