As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner working out of our Tel Aviv office, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by identifying, engaging, and hiring the best candidates. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers will be key to your success in this role and pivotal in Faye’s growth.
Responsibilities Source Top Talent: We’re looking for the best. You will need to utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: You’ll manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a one-of-a-kind candidate experience throughout.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Build and Manage Your Candidate Pipeline: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
Employer Branding: Promote Faye as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and outcomes.
Onboarding: You'll lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring an exceptional experience. It's a great opportunity to play a crucial role in their integration into the team and our company culture.
Requirements Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Skills: Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive: Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
Results-Oriented: Proven track record of successfully managing and closing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
