Job Description and Duties
ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST - DISTRICT FACILITIES MANAGEMENT / FLEET MANAGEMENT / McCLELLAN
The reporting location for this position is 4940 Lange Avenue in McClellan, CA. This position will work under the supervision of STAFF SERVICES MANAGER II.
The Associate Governmental Program Analyst is responsible for the management and procurement of the statewide fleet, development of specifications for new vehicles and mobile equipment, and management of equipment upfitting tracking through deployment. This position will also be responsible for the on and off-road emissions reporting and coordination, managing the non-fuel operating program, and conducting mobile equipment inventory to ensure proper maintenance and use of mobile equipment statewide. This position will manage vehicle and equipment purchasing, tracking and analysis using the Statewide Fiscal Accounting System (FI$Cal), the DGS Fleet Asset Management System (FAMS), DPR's Equipment Management Program (Maximo), the purchasing web enabled database (Schedule 9), the CA Air Resources Board diesel emissions program (DOORS), and the Advanced Clean Fleet Truck Regulation Upload Compliance and Reporting System (TRUCRS). This position will assist the DMV Liaison in registration and renewal of state vehicles. This position requires good written and verbal communication skills, extensive knowledge of Excel, and statewide travel with occasional overnight stays.
Training and Development Assignments may be considered.

Occasional travel may be required. Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle.

Working Conditions
Work environment may have moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, elevations, dirt, dust, fumes, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. Overnight travel up to four weeks per year with walking on uneven surfaces, rocky or mountainous terrain and in various weather conditions. May be exposed to extreme weather and traffic conditions.
