Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate and nurture leads through various channels (online, referrals, networking)
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources
Client Outreach and Consultation: Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media
Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and explain the firm's services
Sales and Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Present the firm's services to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits of choosing the firm for their family law needs
Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development efforts
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients
Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of all business development activities
Provide regular reports on performance metrics and progress towards goals
Qualifications: Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney in Family Law
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
