The Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations to play a pivotal role in driving scalable revenue growth through strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that optimizes sales processes, aligns sales, marketing, and customer operations functions, and leverages data analytics to inform decision-making. This role demands a deep understanding of go-to-market metrics, sales processes, sales tech, data management, and analytics to develop and implement scalable processes and strategies. The VP of Revenue Operations will work closely with executive leadership to develop and implement sales strategies, manage global sales forecasting, and ensure the durability of operational processes. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in SaaS go-to-market strategy and operations, a proven track record in change management, and a passion for innovation and inclusiveness.To excel in this role at the company, candidates must have a background in SaaS go-to-market strategy and operations, with a preference for those who have worked in B2B data, technology, or analytics companies. A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to lead high-performing teams and drive impactful outcomes.
